Meditation in Sumner
Sundays, 5 - 7 pm, at Sumner Yoga School, 42 Nayland Street
Everyone welcome :). It is free, koha (donation) appreciated. Everyone welcome, no matter whether it is your first meditation or you have done meditation before. You choose, how long you want to stay. It is an open space for 2 hours for you to sit as long as you like. Instruction and short guided meditations (15 mins) are provided on CD.
