Graffiti Removal

Sumner residents are encouraged to take a sense of pride in this community and become involved with the removal of graffiti vandalism from our beautiful neighbourhood. Volunteers are critical to the success of keeping the city free of graffiti vandalism and creating a safe community.

This project is run by the Sumner Graffiti Cleanup Group and supported by the Sumner Community Residents' Assocation .

We need your help!  Find out how to get started.

The Sumner Graffiti Clean Up Group has registered with the CCC Graffiti Programme to help combat graffiti in Sumner.  The group is run by volunteers and needs more people to register an area in Sumner or to join an existing team of volunteers.  Can you help?

Go to this map that outlines what areas are already registered and either join a registered party or register a new area as a coordinator.

An introductory is required before you embark on removing graffiti.  Paint and supplies are provided once you have had an induction and have registered.  Contact us to register your interest or ** REGISTER ONLINE HERE AS A VOLUNTEER **
